ABOUT US
Over the last few years, the restaurant landscape has changed and a new category has arrived & deliveries are now a vital component of the F&B sector. Chow Down Brands is an independent group of food brands in the restaurants QSR and virtual brand space with a mission to facilitate and grow franchising opportunities for all our brands in various formats, from physical stores, virtual brands or 3rd party kitchens.
MANUFACTURING & DISTRIBUTION
We have our own manufacturing arm of the business and the whole purpose was to centralise and standardise production, providing consistency across the brand. The unit has already been set up to manufacture food, with all appropriate licensing. With a space of over 5,000 ft2, we have a combination of cold processing rooms, high-risk cooking rooms, walk-in fridges, freezers, blast freezers, warehouse and offices for our head office team. Below are a few of the processes carried out daily:

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
All product development is done in-house by our dedicated team. We are able to trial dishes in a few stores before a full route to market. As this is in-house it gives us a competitive advantage compared to our competitors.
PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS
We’re constantly working to enhance our products by refining ingredients, updating formulations, and incorporating customer feedback. These improvements help us deliver better quality, performance, and satisfaction with every use.
TASTE RESEARCH
Through dedicated taste research, we explore flavor profiles, ingredient combinations, and sensory feedback to ensure every product delivers a memorable and enjoyable taste experience.
SUPPLY CHAIN & DISTRIBUTION
We’re optimizing our supply chain and distribution processes to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and ensure consistent delivery—helping us scale effectively while maintaining quality.

Our packaging improvements focus on both form and function. We're enhancing freshness, sustainability, and visual appeal to better reflect our brand and meet customer expectations.
MENU FORMULATION
By refining our menu offerings, we aim to create balanced, appealing options that cater to a range of preferences—ensuring consistency, taste, and nutritional value across the board.

RICK DI NATALE
CO-FOUNDER / HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Rick is an experienced business development manager skilled in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and leading successful projects. He strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive growth and revenue for organizations.
In addition we now run a number of food brands that run in one kitchen making a fast and efficient route to market. We are rolling out our new format stores in small location minimising CAPEX and maximising profitablity. As an experienced operator we have the operations team, system, management, and infrastructure to be able grow into a national chain.
Our USP is that all brands are company owned and as we manufacture all the key lines, we can have a superior and consistent product compared to our competitors.

Anouar Karar is an experienced operations manager who is known for his ability to quickly resolve problems, coordinate teams, and plan large-scale projects. He has a strategic approach, is an excellent communicator, and a leader respected by his peers.
